Earning LEED Points

Our products can contribute to several categories within LEED v4 and v5 certification:

• Energy & Atmosphere (EA): The continuous insulation of Panel+ helps achieve significant energy savings beyond the ASHRAE 90.1 baseline.
• Materials & Resources (MR): We provide Industry-Average Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Health Product Declarations (HPDs) for our systems.
• Recycled Content: Our EPS foam panels contain up to 15% recycled content, and brick itself is 100% natural and fully recyclable at the end of its life cycle.
• Regional Materials: With multiple manufacturing and distribution sites across North America, we help projects satisfy local sourcing requirements (typically within 500 miles of the site).
